By using Planmio, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms explain how the platform works and outline the responsibilities of members and event hosts. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Platform Role

Planmio provides a platform where approved hosts can create events and members can discover and join them.

The platform does not organize events and is not responsible for the actions of event hosts or participants, or for incidents related to events.

Host Responsibility

Event hosts are fully responsible for planning and managing their events. 

This includes:

1. Choosing an appropriate location.
2. Providing accurate event information.
3. Communicating clearly with participants.
4. Managing the event and ensuring it runs as described.
5. Notifying participants if event details change or if the event is cancelled.

Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for their behavior when interacting with other members and when attending events. Members are expected to communicate respectfully and follow the event guidelines defined by the host.

Members who cannot attend an event they registered for are expected to cancel their attendance as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect a member’s account status.

User Accounts

Users are allowed to maintain only one personal account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts in order to bypass platform rules, event limits, or restrictions is not permitted. The platform reserves the right to suspend or remove duplicate accounts.

Payments & Costs

Some events may involve costs such as activity fees, tickets, or venue expenses.

Any costs related to an event must be clearly described in the event details.

Planmio is not responsible for payments or financial arrangements made directly between members.

Safety & Liability

Members participate in events at their own discretion.

Planmio is not responsible for personal interactions, arrangements, or incidents related to events. 

We encourage members to meet in public places and use common sense when attending events.

Account Deletion

Members may request to delete their account at any time. After account deletion, the user will no longer be able to access the platform.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform and participate in events.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including the name Planmio, logos, design, text, and images, is the property of Planmio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Enforcement

Planmio may take action against accounts that violate the community guidelines, including warnings, temporary suspension, or account termination. Planmio also reserves the right to remove events, content, or accounts that violate the platform rules.

Changes to the Terms

Planmio may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or community needs.
