(1) This is not an organized tour - just an informal plan to spend some time together in Brașov and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere. Everyone arranges their own accommodation.
(2) Recommended train details for Bucharest → Brașov on Saturday and Brașov → Bucharest on Sunday will be added closer to the trip. You are also welcome to travel independently and meet us directly in Brașov.
(3) The main meeting point will be in Piața Sfatului. The exact meeting time will be confirmed closer to the trip.
(4) The weekend will be informal and flexible, with time for the Christmas Market, the historic center, meals together, and exploring the city.
(5) We’ll probably have dinner together on Saturday evening, and possibly lunch together during the weekend. Restaurant details will be shared closer to the trip. All meals are optional and paid individually.
(6) You don’t need to stay with the group throughout the entire weekend. You’re welcome to spend some time exploring Brașov independently and meet the group again later.
(7) Accommodation, train tickets, meals, and other personal expenses are paid individually.
(8) More details, including the recommended trains, meeting times, and Saturday evening plans, will be shared closer to the trip.
