On the occasion of Children’s Month, the Coaching Club, together with ibis Bucharest Politehnica, invites you to an experience centered on one of the most important relationships we have throughout our lives: the relationship with our inner child.
The way we connect with others today, with our emotions, playfulness, vulnerability, or emotional security often says a great deal about the child we once were.
In a coaching workshop designed as a dinner among friends, we will explore together how the adult we are today meets the child we once were—through conversation, reflection, play, and sensory experiences built around the ideas of connection and presence.
It will be an evening about developing a kinder relationship with ourselves, recognizing patterns we carry without realizing it, and creating a safe space where we can reconnect with parts of ourselves that we may have forgotten.
The event will be facilitated by Daniela Stroe and Raluca Nicoleta Mandache, members of the Coaching Club.
